Group Exercise Classes

The Building II is now offering step aerobics classes and Pilates classes.  We are pleased to have certified instuctors, Tiffany, Aimee, Lisa and Jen at The Building II.  They will be instucting classes six days per week.

 

Step Aerobics
Includes stretch, cardio and toning segments

(Monday thru Friday)

Pilates
Includes stretch, balance and flexibility training

as well as relaxation and stress relief
(Tuesday and Saturday)

WED: Step with Jen 6:00-7:00pm

THURS:

Cardio Kickboxing
           with Lisa

9:00-10:00am

10:00-10:30am
